Storage rules:
- Stolen goods become treasures by selling them. After selling, they are stored in the tribute fund - even if it's in enemy territory or outside any territory.
- Treasures, that are stolen from an enemy, are stored in the tribute fund of the stealing village.
- After deactivation of a treasury, the treasures of the formerly active treasury are stored in the tribute fund of the village.
