Message definition (Wonder of the World (Kingdoms))
Restrictions:
* The gold features "Finish Now" and "NPC Trader" can't be used.
** This includes the free finish now for building orders with less than 5 minutes remaining.
* The village can't be made the capital.
** If the last non-wonder-village of an account is destroyed, it will stay on the map with 0 inhabitants.
* Treasuries can't be built and therefore can't be activated by kings or dukes.
* Wonder villages do not profit from morale malus. So making a small account build the wonder has no benefit.
