A kingdom often wants to have treasures in a certain village, for instance as treasury bunker, because another treasury village has more capacity right now or because the king wants to fetch them from a tribute fund of a governor. Certain transfers happen automatically, others have to be done manually. The only way to transfer treasures manually is through (mostly kingdom intern) attacks. The village, the treasures are supposed to be in, attacks the village, the treasures are currently in, with some troops and the hero. The same rules apply as for stealing from enemy kingdoms.
