The Natars may attack multiple times for the same level, if the wonder drops below that level again. For example, if the wonder finishes level 15, it will get attacked by the Natars. If it later drops back to 14 and finishes level 15 again, the Natars will attack again. They will not cancel an attack if the wonder level dropped before the attack landed.
